Make sure the email address in our system is accurate.

Updating email address:

If your account gets suspended and the email address associated with your account is using your hosted domain for email you will not be able to retrieve any password resets for access to the client area. In this case you will need to contact us so we can add another accessible email account to your account. Be sure to input in the subject please update my email address and let us know an accessible email account. We will get it changed for you. Once we change your email address to an accessible email you can then request a password reset and regain access to the client area.

IMPORTANT NOTE: always check your junk / spam folders to make sure the system replies are not going into any of those folders.
