If your hosting account gets suspended it means our billing system was unable to bill your credit card on file when the renewal arrived. Our system sends out emails to the account on file warning you of problems and instructions on what to do. It is very important to read emails from our system. If any account cannot be renewed after 5 days it will automatically suspend the account and add a $49.95 late fee to the existing amount. You can log in to the client area to manually pay the invoice and once our system sees payment it will automatically unsuspened the account.
